We believe that good customer service is crucial in this industry. We guarantee that we will respond to an inquiry, e-mail, or phone call within 24-48 hours. With all of our events, we always like to meet face to face with our clients in an initial meeting. This meeting gives us a better feel and vision of what our client is looking for, so we can exceed their expectations and create a flawless event.
As a full service catering company, we take the reins at helping clients get everything else they might need for their big event (i.e. venues, design work, event coordinators, florists). We will handle all rental items and stay in contact with all vendors to keep everyone on the same page. We also have our preferred vendors list of local vendors whom we have and maintain great relationships with and are the best of the best on the Cape.
We stay in constant communication with our clients to stay up to date on all other aspects of the event (i.e. menu changes, guest count updates). Tastings can be set up for any of our clients in our off season to try some our unique creations and to finalize any details with their menus. Menus can be changed completely, up until two weeks prior to the event date. At that two week mark, we require final guest counts and a final payment, as well.
